The title refers to a mountain and myth in a village of Calce called the Col de La Dona. This installation re-imagines a woman who fled to live alone, escaping her violent husband. These images imagine her escape and her reconnection with the landscape and her body. Images made with the body, wine, shadows, drawing and photography.
